For renters, I do not recommend living here for more than a year or two.The lease states on Page 6/8 #20 under Maintenance and Repairs, the landlord will provide for wear and tear. However, when you reach out to the Chapman Team it is seldom pleasant. There is a Service Charge for $75 [which is not stated in the lease].The homes here look good [in the beginning]. If you look attentively, you will see a consistency of superficial fixtures that are cheap. Then as stated above, in other words, to get such maintenance corrected you receive an unpleasant conversation and a $75+ fee to correct the repair (the plus is where applicable for tools use for such repair).In the paperwork, they state “We appreciate your role in maintaining our community’s appeal and desirability.” However, if you pay attention to your surroundings, only the bare minimum gets done. There are pieces of equipment and/or trash adjacent to properties for months-on-months in.In closing, the biggest problem is the lack of sustainability & the attitude towards it.Areas for improvement: Professionalism in communication, attitude towards wear and tears, removal of Service Charge for such matters, more upkeep with the neighborhood to maintain community’s appeal, and sincere kindness to increase living desirability for long term living. - Yanina Ann Azpiri
