Been here 7 years now. Great Family owned for years kind of place. First I rented, then I bought because of the rules and regulations. The rules are suppose to allow people to respect and be courteous of their neighbors in the community by also making sure they maintain their lots. I am glad they have the speed bumps for the privately owned roads to slow drivers down as there are children living in the neighborhood riding bikes, power wheels etc.. - Christine Harrison

This resident appreciates that "The rules are suppose to allow people to respect and be courteous of their neighbors in the community by also making sure they maintain their lots," and is "glad they have the speed bumps for the privately owned roads to slow drivers down as there are children living in the neighborhood riding bikes, power wheels etc."

This individual acknowledges that it is "very clean very tidy," and "the owners make sure no one is out of line," resulting in a "very quiet" and "beautiful" place.
