My discretion of this place after living here for over a year is 1 people are very noise and can't keep out of your business or if you keep to yourself they make up stuff to entertain themselves. 2 the new owner likes to yell scream and threatened to get his way. In the 4 months of ownership I have 7 illegal eviction notices some telling me I had 8 days to get out. I have been verbally abused and once physically by management of the park. It's not a fun or far place to live in fear every day but I have nowhere to go at the moment so I have to deal with it for now. - Dave Cook
