For many New Jersey residents, particularly those seeking a peaceful and affordable living solution, manufactured home communities offer a unique and increasingly popular choice. These communities provide a pathway to homeownership that often comes with lower costs than traditional stick-built homes, coupled with a sense of neighborhood and a more manageable living experience. Holly Village Mobile Home Park, located in the scenic city of Millville, NJ, stands as one such community aiming to deliver a comfortable and well-maintained environment for its residents. This article provides a comprehensive look at Holly Village Mobile Home Park, exploring its strategic location, the services it offers, its distinctive features, and key considerations for locals looking to call this South Jersey community home.

This blend of convenient living and natural surroundings can be particularly appealing. The community is described as "clean and quiet," with "very, very little crime," emphasizing its appeal to those seeking peace and security in their daily lives. While one resident expresses a wish for it to remain a "55+ community," public information indicates that Holly Village is currently an "All Ages Community," making it accessible to a broader demographic, though it retains qualities that are often sought after by an older population.

Holly Village Holly Michigan Reviews
It's not a bad place to live in Millville as long as they keep the riff raff out but be prepared to not have water at least once a week. If we have to end up having to pay for water then it should be households of 3 or more people that should have to pay for their water especially Not seniors nor those who have been here for 10 plus years!
Feb 26, 2025 · josiebearI love it here ❤️ it's clean and quiet and very, very little crime and goings-on! My neighbors are fantastic and we love them like family!!! I just wish it would stay as a 55+community and not open to section 8 or to everyone because that's when it becomes crime ridden, loud, dirty, and completely down hill!!! Sincerely, A Resident
May 06, 2023 · Freddy MacdonaldManagement somewhat lax to fix problems. Upper management/ owners extremely deficient on taking out old delapotated singlewide mobils ruin the park. There are many nice double-wides well kept but the old singles ruin the park.
Dec 21, 2021 · Lori RedmondVery nice looking mobile home park.... if I lived in NJ and were looking for a nice community I would consider living here!
Feb 25, 2020 · Ravin MorrisNice community for elderly people fairly clean but too many stray cats.
