Trying to be everyone’s friend. Says one thing to one person about an issue and another thing to next person on same issue. Has done nothing but caused issues with home owners. Have issues with speeding and minibikes scooters etc nothing has been done. District Manager seems to be just as bad. If you could do zero review I would.

This is one of lakeshores ridiculous rules. I bought my home 5 years ago and the privacy element was a huge selling point. Now that was completely taken today. I would not recommend moving here.

They have taken and killed all of the geese in the development, advocated and encouraged residents to remove owned cats, and have a ton of asinine rules (no gardens, no play/swing sets, no pitbulls/german shepherds/rotties, no guests without approval). The person in charge of interpersonal communications, Katrina, is extremely rude. She will snap, hang up on you, and talk over you. I would not recommend moving in.
