Mountain Village Community Reviews
I've lived here since 2017 and the lot rent increases rapidly without the park being properly taken care of the park is always a mess and needs a serious makeover. Tree's in the back of my house recently fell down on my neighbors shed (this falls on the land owner) after years of asking something be done with them and no response. This year even though the economy is struggling rent increases $50. I love my house but I will be looking for some where else to put it.
Mar 06, 2022 · sunshine raeBeen here forever almost 3 years we live our home and our street is nice and Quiet, just hate the fact that each year lot rent increases , with no upgrades to the park, I'm sure the $$$ made from the increase went to construction for the new homes, that does not benefit any of the residents here .
Apr 14, 2025 · Doug KramerLived here for almost 12 years. Lots of issues with water, electric going out during storms. If that's not enough, they have declared more space for more mobile homes to go in. They need to address the electricity issues first. Especially for the elderly that live here and are on breathing machines. I can't tell you how many times our neighbors had to book a motel so they can at least have a power source for their machine. These people are on a fixed income.
Dec 11, 2024 · LoriI just moved in everything has been good. At this time I have only met my one neighbor. I will come back an add things as time passes.UPDATE: ok I have been here for a few months an let me tell you I have had a few issues an when I call the office they took the time to listen to my concerns an maintenance report. Maintenance came fast an the younger feller was great. This is the first time I’ve rented from someone and not had an issue with. It’s nice to know that you are not just a dollar figure to them. Keep up all the fantastic work 😁😄😃🤪
Mar 10, 2023 · Stephen W Roney JrUpdate:After posting my experience, I received a call from management. They were concerned and went over with me what I saw. Nice that I was listened to and that meant a lot to me and my family. Other than that unfortunate event, love living here.Been here for approximately 10 months. I like the quietness and serene area that we live in. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately am seeing political signs on the yard that make me feel uncomfortable and fearing for my family. I have great neighbors and like that they acknowledge us with respect and we respectfully acknowledge back. I hope the park management will do something if not we will definitely have to rethink staying here.
