Sun Retreats Pleasant Acres Farm Reviews
We stayed at Pleasant Acres Campground. The campground was very nice. It is in the country. There were some nice activities for kids if you have them. The services were very lacking though. Limited bathrooms. The showers were small and not cleaned often. Once you check in the staff does not really care if you need anything.
May 05, 2025 · Joan FiniganSpent Memorial Day weekend here and first of all, extremely expensive. Second of all, the seasons are absolutely terrible and decided to have an extremely loud golf cart “parade” at 9:30 at night with police and fire sirens. Waking up all 6 of our young children of friends that we camped with… we proceeded to ask them if they could kindly turn down the sirens… the season guest said “you don’t like it go somewhere else” extremely rude and I’ll be calling corporate. Not worth it.
May 25, 2025 · Allison SanfilippoOur first RV trip ever wasted this location and it is so cute the people are really nice the sites are well-equipped we stayed a pull through site with both a fire pit and picnic table. They can accommodate 30 and 50 amp sites. Bathrooms are very clean and no extra cost to use the shower facilities.
Jun 21, 2025 · M GrazillaWe stayed at Sun Retreats Pleasant Acres Campground over Memorial Day weekend and were extremely disappointed by how a serious noise issue was handled. Around 9:15 PM, a golf cart parade—run by someone with a seasonal site—drove slowly through the entire campground blaring fire truck sirens at a very loud and disruptive volume. Our young children were already asleep, and the sirens woke them up.When my husband politely asked the man running the sirens to stop, he was rudely told to “go stay at a different campground.” We then called the office, expecting some support, but the staff refused to take any action whatsoever. This is advertised as a family-friendly campground, yet there was absolutely no regard for families with children trying to rest. Loud sirens at night are completely inappropriate in a campground environment. Very disappointed in both the behavior of the seasonal camper and the lack of response from management. We will not be returning.
May 25, 2025 · Trisha SWe been going to this CG for almost 20 years but you would think with the Sun takeover, they invest some money. While weather has been non stop rain, take some time to spread out gravel, trim trees so RVs can enjoy safely. You can park 25k pounds on grass.
