Had a family member living there for 1½ yrs. Was comfortable with how the community seems to look out for each other. Some neighbors better than others. A little tight on the roads in there. Management however treated them terribly and still haven't fixed the trailer that was bought, with NO intention to. Maintenance man at move in time (2021) didn't seem sober quite a few times. They are happy though, just wish trailer was fixed as promised.

That way if I ever decide I felt I would like a change of scenery I can just pick up my home and place it at any other mobile home park or Campground , State Park etc . And wouldn't have to bother with the packing a d unpacking that traditional homeowners would.
