For a few years UMH had a decent park manager but the past few months they have the ultimate worst one. It's sad we pay so much money to live here and end up with a lunatic of a park manager
Aug 10, 2025 · AlisonI love living here at Heather Highlands. It is so peaceful and the Community is clean and well maintained. I feel safe here and all my neighbors are so nice. The Management takes good care of the Community and all the Residents here. We enjoy the pool. Great location with public bus service too.
Jun 21, 2017 · Marchelle MackAbsolutely the worst! I reached out to them and was in a rough situation being a single mom of 3, disabled and receiving ssd. In the beginning they were awesome and answered emails quickly and all about me buying a home. I sent the application and paid their fee to apply. After that I never heard a word from them again literally.... I emailed even the main office and corporate office to NEVER heard a word back either way from anyone. I wouldn't suggest this company or Valley Stream Park who I was dealing with. Unfortunately, for them I was willing to buy their double manufactured home with cash in hand to pay it off up front ($90k) But, I never heard a word back, no email, phone call, NOTHING! do not waist your time and money even reaching out to them. Extremely Disappointing!!

All staff live here too.School buses come right to the mail box cluster section. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (there are weight & breed restrictions). There is a community pool & a small playground.

We never had any issues with each other as neighbors and the only one complaining about anything is the manager!!!! All I know is, a lot of us are fed up and trying to contact corporate about it and so far no answers!!! I wouldn't recommend UMH to anyone!!!!
