I had no bad experience. For the most part, they were some friendly people there.

No physical address issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Services. Community Mailing Unit Numbers and Lot Numbers are not registered with the United States Postal Service, or with West Deptford Township. Still waiting for the removal of an illegal electrical connection ( see photo ).

Residents are also helping by cleaning up their own lots. I must say it's really looking great here and I feel very comfortable and safe here. Also, now they are bringing in new mobile homes to sell or rent. Why pay all that $$$$ on an apartment when you can pay less then $500 a month for lot rent. Very quiet area and lots of beautiful trees. A+++++

My grandmother never asked for anything from them. There's nothing nice about this place just drive thru you'll see it's not even nice to look at! The sewage is always backing up there's feces coming through the water supply it's so bad!
