Sebago Cabin Camp Reviews
A Family Tradition We Cherish Every YearMy family and I have been coming to Sebago Cabins for over 15 years now, and it’s become more than just a vacation—it’s a tradition deeply rooted in love, faith, and unforgettable memories. What started as a getaway for my wife and our 3 kids has grown into a full family retreat with our now 7 kids, my mother and father, my future son-in-law, and even my son’s girlfriend joining in the fun.Every 4th of July, we spend one to two weeks here, and it truly feels like our home away from home. As a Christian family, we deeply value the peace and connection we find in nature—and Sebago offers just that and more. From fishing and swimming at the lake to intense games of basketball and volleyball, and even bonfires and karaoke nights filled with laughter (thank you Ranger Joe!), there’s never a dull moment. The cabins are rustic, clean, and just what you need to unplug and enjoy what really matters—family and God's creation. The lake is beautiful, the scenery is serene, and the atmosphere is full of joy and relaxation. Most importantly, the staff is incredible. Year after year, they welcome us with warmth and kindness, always helpful and accommodating. They play a huge part in making this place feel like home.Sebago is more than a vacation spot—it's a blessing. We look forward to it every year with excitement in our hearts. If you're looking for a place to connect with family, faith, and nature, this is it.Thank you, Sebago, for being part of our family’s story. See you next year!-The Pastoriza-Webster Family
Jul 19, 2025 · Jermaine WebsterThis place should be prescribed as medicine for anxiety, lack of sleep and general city tiredness. Special thanks to Ranger Joe for making this Memorial Weekend really memorable: karaoke, bon fire, costumes and most importantly - great positive vibe that is contagious.
May 28, 2025 · Oleg PWe just returned from a week at Sebago Cabins with family and friends where we had a fantastic time as always. I rarely write reviews but after seeing a few negative reviews below, I thought I'd note my years of positive experiences. I started going to Sebago nearly 25 years ago, going in both spring and fall for many of those years. I've always had very friendly interactions with all the staff, from the manager Kevin to the seasonal workers. Kevin and Ranger Joe are favorites of our kids who dream of working there themselves one day since they never want to leave. I have to remind them that, while working in that beautiful park looks like all fun and games, they'd also have to deal with plenty of entitled customers.
Oct 12, 2024 · Philip LauerStayed with friends for a long weekend. It was a much needed relaxing time in nature. The rustic cabins and lake swimming just make the place so special. We ate under the stars & listened to our music until it was quiet hours which is understandable. The staff were prompt when we had an issue using a shower. We never felt unsafe. We enjoyed every second of our long weekend. It was a fun place to get together with our friends & make some cellphone free memories. Kevin helped us find a spot where we did get cell service if you truly wanted to be bothered by the outside world but who wants that ?!
Oct 08, 2024 · Wayde DavisI have been going to the Sebago Cabins for many years. It is a serene place with staff who really cares about keeping it that way. Kevin was so kind & gracious to my children who love the place so much they never ever want to leave. Check in and out was smooth. We had a clean cabin & if you need anything being polite to those working goes a long way. Just like everything else in life :)
