The fees are over $600 and it includes very little - only kerosene and propane. There is no pool, no tennis courts, and no landscaping is offered.I would recommend another community that charges an HOA that is more suited and appropriate for the people living there. $600 is more than what we were paying on our mortgage, so having to pay the HOA on top of it made makes ends very difficult.Again, the actual community is lovely but overall not even remotely worth it due to the HOA.

They pipe it into every mobile home, so they set the rate per gallon and mobile homes are not well insulated so the heating cost for the winter can be high. Thinking about electric heat and solar panels with a storage battery system.
