While some communities may evoke mixed opinions, the core value proposition of Rolling Hills lies in its ability to offer a distinct lifestyle. Mobile home parks, also known as manufactured home communities, provide an alternative path to homeownership that can be more accessible than traditional stick-built homes, particularly in areas where housing costs are high. Rolling Hills offers a community-oriented living experience, often characterized by a quieter pace and a sense of camaraderie among residents. Feb 05, 2025 · Jonathan BrownThis isn't your grandma's trailer park. New owners are replacing the old single wides with new modular units. Well made but not cheap. $200k for new ones and $480 a month for your lot. The site is well maintained are always making improvements
Apr 18, 2023 · Gerald GriswoldI would give 0 stars if I could. My mom was relocating to Ct and there were several used homes for sale of great interest to us. We not only called a dozen times, but also emailed them 6 or 7 times saying we would pay cash but needed to see the inside. When that failed, I drove to the office on a weekday. Office closed. I called Sun Communities and emailed them with this issue and was told "someone will call you shortly." Never got a call. Its a shame. Cash sale...not good enough. Hearing more and more negative things about this place so it is a Blessing in disguise
Jul 19, 2022 · Tina LutskyThis is a well run 55 plus community. Too bad a family run opperation is calling it quits and selling out to a large corporation. Very sad
